SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Quality Control & Packaging: All orders are thoroughly inspected, verified, and safely packed in our premium packaging at our international logistics and quality control center within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.

  • Tracking Notification: Once your package leaves our logistics center, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking number will be sent to your registered email address or phone number.

2. Delivery Timelines & International Logistics

To maintain the highest material quality and offer our products in the most optimized way, we work directly with premier international manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Our products are dispatched directly from our international production facilities to your address in Turkey.

  • Estimated Delivery Window for Turkey: 7 to 12 business days

Important Note: The timelines stated above are estimated delivery windows. Small delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, national public holidays, seasonal peak periods (such as November sales or local holidays), or unexpected distribution disruptions caused by local cargo couriers.

3. Shipping Rates & Customs Information

  • Secure & Insured Shipping: We provide secure, insured, and fully trackable standard shipping services for all our customers across Turkey. Shipping fees are dynamically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before final payment.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Due to our international fulfillment and dropshipping model, any standard customs presentation fees or local import taxation that may arise in accordance with Turkey's customs regulations are the responsibility of the buyer under standard shipping terms. However, as Vilarena, we meticulously prepare all necessary documentation in full compliance with legal limits to ensure your packages pass through customs as quickly and smoothly as possible.

4. Tracking Your Order

Transparency is fundamental to our brand. You can track the live status of your package at any time by clicking the unique tracking link provided in your confirmation email or by visiting the "Track Order" page on our website. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the system to show active scan data online after your tracking number is generated.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery and contact information are entered completely and correctly at checkout.

  • Because we process and fulfill orders rapidly, the window for modifying a wrong address is extremely limited. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at alperen54ak@gmail.com. Address modifications cannot be processed once the package has been dispatched.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages

  • VILARENA is not liable for packages that are officially marked as "Delivered" by the local courier service but are claimed to be missing, or for packages left unclaimed at local cargo branches.

  • If you are not present at your address during delivery, your package will be held at your local cargo branch for a limited time determined by the courier's legal terms. It is the buyer's responsibility to claim the package within this timeframe. Reshipping costs for packages returned due to being unclaimed will be billed to the customer.
